We ended up installing ourselves, but John came out twice to make sure measurements were correct, and helped with any questions along the way. Windows were delivered in six weeks which was much quicker than other box store timelines of 18 plus weeks. “I recently replaced 11 windows in my home. Hub City came out to my house a couple days after I talked to them, took measurements, and by the next day had the numbers worked out and sent back to me. They were affordably priced and I was never pressured to buy from them. They kept in contact with me while I waited for my order to come in which I appreciated. The install went quick and the installers were over the top friendly, courteous, and willing to show me exactly what they were doing. When they were done, they cleaned up their work area as if they were never there.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with hub city supply. I would recommend them to anyone considering new windows, and I will return to them when I have home improvement projects done in the future.” - James

“I discovered Hub City Supply last July. We had recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a local flooring business. After checking out several other businesses, I found Hub City Supply. The moment I walked in Emily greeted me with a warm smile and asked what she could help me with. Emily is very knowledgeable of all products they carry. I went home with four large samples. I loved the fact that I could look up the flooring sample on line and see what it would look like in different rooms.
I had mentioned to Emily that I was looking for a local place with great customer service. I had a terrible experience with a flooring business in Olympia.
After my floor selection, John, the owner, came out a few days later to measure the floor. Within a few days he had a bid ready. No waiting around. We had the floor installed in August.
John has a great team of installers he uses. They were very professional and really cared about how they laid the flooring. Attention to details.

“I chose Hub City Supply based on recommendations from neighbors. I chose the Armstrong product as it has all the features I need.
All in all, the project went well. Everyone, both management and company employees, did their jobs very well. Emily spent a lot of time with me looking at options. She and John were very helpful in figuring out what I needed: product availability, measuring the space, etc. They kept me informed about all deliveries such as delivering product so it would acclimate to my house.
The process, including deciding on product, planning the installation, and all the details that go into putting down new flooring throughout the house, went well.
I love the Armstrong product: it has lived up to the description of its qualities, such as waterproof and stain proof. Love the colors.
The subcontractor installers who did the installation work were excellent. The head of the group was very thoughtful and many a time asked me about a detail suggesting an option that was perfect; not one I had thought of. Nice.
Thanks again for all your good work. I would do this over again and choose the same flooring and the same flooring company.”
